Most of our ceramic and bone china dinnerware are both dishwasher and microwave safe. However, we recommend gentle hand washing for pieces with metallic accents or delicate finishes. Please refer to individual product descriptions for care details.

Absolutely. All of our dinnerware is crafted to meet strict UK and EU food safety standards.

Q11: What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We’re deeply sorry if that happens. Please email us at support@ld99s.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund immediately.
