🍽️ General Care Tips

  • Rinse after use: Gently rinse your dinnerware after meals to avoid staining — especially after contact with tea, coffee, or tomato-based sauces.

  • Avoid thermal shock: Sudden changes in temperature (e.g., freezer to hot water) may cause cracking or warping. Allow your pieces to adjust to room temperature naturally.

  • Stack with care: When storing plates, use a soft cloth or felt between stacked items to avoid scratches or glaze abrasion.

🧼 Cleaning Guidelines

Ceramic Dinnerware

✅ Dishwasher Safe (unless stated otherwise)
✨ For longevity, hand washing with warm water and a soft cloth is recommended.
❌ Avoid steel wool, harsh scrubbers, or acidic cleaners.

Bone China

✅ Delicate Dishwasher Use — Top rack only, gentle cycle.
🖐️ We recommend hand washing to preserve the pristine finish and translucence.
💡 Dry immediately with a soft towel to avoid water marks.

🔌 Microwave Use

  • Microwave Safe: Most of our ceramic and bone china pieces are microwave-safe unless they feature metallic rims, gilding, or decoration.

  • Caution: Never microwave an empty plate or place a chilled item directly in the microwave.

🧊 Oven & Freezer

  • Not oven-safe unless specifically stated.

  • Freezer use is not recommended for bone china. For ceramic, only use if gradual temperature change is observed. Avoid direct exposure to open flames or stovetops.

💧 Stain & Smell Removal

  • For light staining or lingering odours, soak your dinnerware in warm water with baking soda or white vinegar for 15–20 minutes before rinsing.

  • Lemon juice also works wonders on light tea stains — gently rub, rinse, and dry.

📦 Storing Your Tableware

  • Store in a dry, ventilated place to avoid moisture build-up.

  • Use plate racks or padded dividers for fine bone china.

  • For seasonal or occasional-use collections, wrap items individually in cloth or paper to preserve their surface.

🛠️ Accidents & Chips

While we strive for durability, fine dinnerware may chip or break with force. Should this occur:

  • Discontinue use of damaged items for food safety reasons.
